The Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Union of New Jersey has cemented their place in history through quality structures with skilled labor. For three centuries, our members have taken pride in demonstrating the inherent value of the safest, most highly skilled and productive work force available.

Times have changed, however, and so must our approach. We at the BACNJ have taken an honest look inward and refine the way we do business. We are looking into every detail of our brand and have retooled our craft by using innovative steps to remove the hurdles for choosing Union workers. We have realigned the way we do business; making us more cost effective, more flexible and still the best choice for quality workmanship.
